DCT Fabulous dahling, simply fabulous. Renee Zellweger deserved all the accolades for her performance. Just wanted to jump through the screen and slap her silly. It was criminal what the movie studios did to her. My favorite part was when she was was cooking the "omelet" with the two guys and when they and other audience members stood up and sang along with Over the Rainbow. Rated 5 out of 5 stars 02/26/20 Full Review Pat Renee Zelwiger was an absolutely believable Judy Garland. Rated 5 out of 5 stars 01/27/20 Full Review Betty B Sad but true! Loved it! Rated 5 out of 5 stars 01/26/20 Full Review William It was good but not great. Her voice and portrayal of Judy was fabulous but the story line was short and it was slow moving. Rated 3.5 out of 5 stars 01/01/20 Full Review julie Renee Zellwiger should win the Academy Award! Amazing. Caroline Siede AV Club Garland's life is so inherently emotional and Zellweger's performance is so appreciably raw, that Judy manages to wring pathos by the end. Rated: B- Jan 28, 2021 Full Review Udita Jhunjhunwala Livemint Judy, a musical drama, is both a warm and loving tribute to the actor and singer Judy Garland as well as a cautionary tale about the pressures and impact of celebrity. Jan 24, 2020 Full Review Wenlei Ma News.com.au This is a movie that showcases Zellweger's considerable talents, and for that alone, Judy is worth the price of entry. Rated: 3/5 Oct 19, 2019 Full Review Nadine Whitney Mr. Movie's Film Blog The film belongs to Zellweger; everybody does indeed love a comeback — and, as the film makes abundantly clear, Garland didn’t get to enjoy one, so the audience will be cheering on Renée’s. Sep 17, 2023 Full Review Erick Estrada Cinegarage Renée Zellweger is the best part about this movie with a weak script. [Full review in Spanish] Jul 26, 2023 Full Review Paul Kanieski KSQD Community Radio Despite a few shortcomings, Judy is a moving portrait of a cultural icon and the perfect marriage of actor and material. After learning what really happened behind the scenes at MGM, you may never experience The Wizard of Oz quite the same way. Jul 19, 2023 Full Review Read all reviews
