Amir A Florence Pugh is so beautiful and gorgeous in this movie. I love the family elements in the movie and the Wrestling moves were cool. I mean they taught a blind teenager how to wrestle that actually became a professional wrestler. And So did Paige as she made it onto WWE. But When Dwayne Johnson called the dad to tell Paige she is competing in WWE Raw, he said "Hi I'm Dwayne Johnson" and the Dad Said "Yeah and I'm Vin Diesel" and then The Rock Said "I Sure Hope not" which shows how big their feud was. Overall Fighting with My Family(2019) was a good watch and Florence Pugh was really good in this. Rated 3.5 out of 5 stars 01/07/24 Full Review Rory M Vince Vaughn, Florence Pugh, & Jack Lowden shine in offbeat wrestling drama. Packed with truisms about finding your way in life. Rated 4 out of 5 stars 12/23/23 Full Review Ron G Loved it. Has soul and a heart of pure gold. Rated 5 out of 5 stars 10/01/23 Full Review Diana M Ricky and Julia Knight love professional wrestling and they along with their two children (Zak and Saraya/Paige) become a Wrestling hit in the Norwich Federation in England. But it is their dream to see their children fight in the WWE. Then their big shot comes, Hutch Morgan calls from WWE, "We are very impressed by your tape, in April we are bringing "Smackdown" to the 02 in London and we'd like both of to come down and try out for us" - Hutch Morgan At the tryouts Zak and Paige learn there is a lot more to the WWE than just fighting. "The spark, well... that's the magic dust. It's what the audience falls in love with. It's why they buy your poster. It's why they come back every week. It's why they chant your name. It's why they buy a six-inch action figure of you - Hutch Morgan Well Paige gets chosen to go to Florida and train for the WWE, but Zak is not picked and he is left behind. "They didn't take me, but My little sister just became the first 18 year old English girl to be signed by the WWE" - Zak So for the first time in her life, Paige will be by herself, in another country, fighting without her family. ...And what she is up against in the WWE is far worse than any fighter she could have ever imagined... beautiful models and cheerleaders! I am not a wrestling fan but Wow! This is a Awesome movie..... and a true story. Oh and you do not have to know anything about wrestling to enjoy "Fighting with My Family" Such a great (wrestling) family story of a unlikely true underdog against the odds. There is a bit of drama and British humor, and sibling rivalry, lots of fighting and lots brilliant acting. Cast - Florence Pugh, Lena Headey, Vince Vaughn, Dwayne Johnson/The Rock Rated 5 out of 5 stars 09/04/23 Full Review Fabrizio V Cute, funny, entertaining. Amazing job by Florence Pugh, as usual. Recommended. Rated 4 out of 5 stars 07/29/23 Full Review Andrei D Better than watching actual wrestling Rated 4 out of 5 stars 07/07/23 Full Review Read all reviews Post a rating

Anna Smith Sight & Sound Fighting with My Family's trump card is an emotional one, and it's well played. Dec 11, 2019 Full Review Jake Wilson Sydney Morning Herald Yet realism, emotional or otherwise, is beside the point: this is a film that prints the legend, perhaps on the assumption that nothing is too cornball for true wrestling fans. Rated: 2.5/5 Dec 11, 2019 Full Review Edward Porter Times (UK) Florence Pugh's knockout performance is the winner in this zesty wrestling drama. Rated: 3/5 Dec 11, 2019 Full Review Nicolas Soto But Why Tho? A Geek Community New and old school fans will definitely love the aspects of pro wrestling and get a glimpse of the journey that Paige went through.
