Для фэнтезийного мюзикла «Аладдин» исполнительница роли Жасмин Наоми Скотт записала вдохновляющую песню о силе духа под названием «Speechless», которую вы можете услышать ниже.

«Аладдин» рассказывает историю уличного воришки с золотым сердцем Аладдина, храброй принцессы Жасмин и волшебника Джинни, которым предстоит остановить злого визиря Джафара и спасти королевство Аграба от его тирании.

В песни «Speechless» («Безмолвна») Скотт от лица своей героини поет о том, как ее голос всю жизнь пытались заглушить и учили ее быть безмолвной, но больше она «не собирается молчать» и, как бы ее ни пытались запереть в клетке, она будет свободной, и «ничто не сможет ее сломить».

Компанию Скотт в римейке известного мультфильма от Disney составляют Мена Массуд, Уилл Смит, Марван Кензари, Навид Негабан, Назим Педрад и Билли Магнуссен.
